COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXA-480 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Haivision product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American such as the H6600BFR01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC3600STKA1 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FMB21BRHai281E by Manufacturer Haivision as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microscan Brand FIS08900102G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Smc such as HEC002A5BF equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP470EG11 made by Proface as well as the popular F160S1 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECA2414CCD by Cutler-Hammer and HEC002A5BF spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET080B04PA000N00FMDH0275A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cylinder-Division. |
